Restaurant Roberto's recipe

Adagio was born in the kitchens of Restaurant Roberto. Our recipe is prepared in Italy by an artisan using Italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and Sicilian oregano. Slowly cooked with a short list of ingredients, it is a beautifully simple sauce, ready to serve.

Our Spaghetti n°1 are made in Gragnano with Afeltra, in one of Italy's historic homes of pasta making.
