Delivery area
GILDA by Restaurant Roberto delivers exclusively within Switzerland. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Carrier
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post using the PostPac Economy service, for careful and reliable delivery to your home or a collection point.
Delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been collected by Swiss Post.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods (holidays, promotions). Swiss Post does not guarantee delivery times in cases of force majeure.

Order tracking
A Swiss Post tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can track your delivery directly on post.ch.
Damaged or missing parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered within the indicated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at sales@gildabyroberto.com, including your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged parcel. We will handle the claim with Swiss Post and find a solution as quickly as possible.
Delivery address
Please carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order. GILDA by Restaurant Roberto cannot be held responsible for a missed or returned delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs may be charged in such cases.
