Our kitchen's tomato sauce

Our Adagio tomato and oregano sauce was born from a simple desire: to bring the exact flavour of Restaurant Roberto's cuisine to your table. We entrusted it to an Italian artisan who works with a short supply chain, using exclusively Km 0 ingredients. Italian tomatoes grown and processed nearby, locally harvested oregano, quality extra virgin olive oil.

Expertise rooted in the territory

Each jar is produced in small batches, with no intermediaries. The artisan follows the original recipe while maintaining full control over the supply chain. Tomatoes make up 86% of the composition, with oregano adding its signature note without overwhelming. A straightforward sauce that respects the ingredients.
