A gift set to open and to share

Every end of year, we put together a Christmas gift set bringing together our artisan Italian specialities. It is designed to be opened with others, shared at the table, and enjoyed over the weeks that follow.

The products inside are chosen by us. They come from the same houses that supply the kitchen of Restaurant Roberto in Geneva, and they sit on our shelves and in our plates all year round.

The GILDA panettone, prepared in Geneva

The centrepiece of both gift sets is our panettone. It is prepared in Geneva following the traditional Italian method, with a long-risen dough, and joins the gift set only a few days after coming out of the oven.

It is a living product, whose softness is built through the slow time of the rise. We produce it in limited quantities, solely for our end-of-year gift sets.

One gift set, two editions, a single price

The GILDA gift set is offered at CHF 250. It comes in two editions sold at the same price: the contents are identical, only the two main products differ. This makes it possible to give the same gift to an entire team, simply matching the edition to the recipient.

The Classic Edition

It opens with a Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Salatin and an artisan Mandarinello by Elisira, a Sicilian mandarin liqueur distilled in Switzerland. This is the festive edition, the one that gets opened the same evening.

The Soft Edition

Alcohol-free, it highlights two kitchen fundamentals: Sole Mio extra virgin olive oil by Leonardi and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI by Leonardi. This is the edition to choose for people who do not drink alcohol, without changing anything else in the gift set.

What both editions contain

Beyond the panettone, both gift sets share the same assortment of Italian gourmet specialities, sweet and savoury, selected by us.

The final composition of the 2026 edition is settled in the autumn, depending on what arrives from our producers. The structure of the gift set, however, does not change.

Packaging that matches the contents

The gift set comes in a burgundy box finished with hot foil stamping. Inside, each product is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and cushioned in wood wool.

A short illustrated guide to the contents comes with the gift set, so that whoever opens it can identify each product.

We can also insert a personalised message or your own greeting card in each gift set. Simply let us know when you make your reservation.

• Geneva: free delivery for both editions.
• All of Switzerland: postal shipping at the current rate, for both editions.
• France: shipping available for the Soft Edition only, gift sets containing alcohol are not shipped outside Switzerland.
• Collection: available directly at Restaurant Roberto.

The gift sets are assembled in a limited run. The order deadline is set for Friday 20 November 2026, subject to availability. Requests are handled in the order they arrive, and we recommend that companies wanting larger volumes get in touch early: the panettone is produced in limited quantity and some artisan products cannot be restocked at short notice.
